Standard Products: Orders for standard items will be processed and dispatched within 3-5 business days of payment confirmation.

Custom-Made Products: Due to the personalised nature of these items, production times can vary. Please allow minimum 8 weeks for custom orders to be crafted and prepared for dispatch. We will provide regular updates on the progress of your custom order.
2. Shipping Options and Costs
- We offer standard shipping options within Australia and to select international destinations. Delivery estimates and costs will be displayed during checkout.
- Standard shipping is $10 for orders under $120 and FREE for orders over $120.

4. Shipping for Custom-Made Items

Custom-made items are shipped once production is complete and quality checks have been conducted.

Given the craftsmanship involved, these items may be dispatched separately from standard products in your order.

You will receive separate tracking information for custom-made items if applicable.
5. Failed Deliveries and Returns

If a delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional charges may apply for redelivery.

Unclaimed packages returned to us by the carrier will incur reshipping fees. We will contact you to arrange redelivery.
6. Damaged or Lost Items

If your package is damaged or lost in transit, please contact us immediately at dallymcollection@gmail.com.

For damaged items, include photographs of the packaging and the product. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
